Termite Inspection and Additional Services
Identification of Wood Destroying Organisms is beyond the scope of what is considered a routine home inspection. The Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and other professional licensing bodies for Home Inspectors consider inspection for wood destroying insects to be an additional service that can be provided by home inspectors, but that is not the obligation of a home inspector necessarily. For this reason we strongly recommend that our customers purchase this addition service for a nominal fee. An inspection with report on the NPMA-33 form is an additional $50 with the purchase of a home inspection, or $125 without a home inspection.
We also offer additional inspection services such as:
-Well and Septic Evaluations; which include a water sample test and a dye stress test for the septic system.
-Indoor Air Quality Testing with Air Samples including a Lab Analysis of the Sample
-Repair Verification to check repairs completed after the inspection, but prior to closing the sale
-Item inspections such as roof or crawl space inspections to fit your needs
-New Construction Inspection, Including; foundation, pre-drywall and final new construction inspections
